**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism (added advantage)
- 2-3 years’ experience in Front of House/Reservations at a 4/5-star lodge
- Exceptional communication skills with a high level of telephone etiquette
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
- Experience with booking systems and general administration
- Fully computer literate
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle bookings and reservations with precision and care
- Answer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure accuracy in all guest-related data and booking details
- Assist with various administrative tasks
- Maintain up-to-date system records of guests’ bookings and payments

**Package on offer**
- R7500 per month depending on experience
- Live-in
