**Workman Compensations /Injury on Duty (IOD) Clerk**

A medical billing company, based in Murrayfield Pretoria, is looking for an administrator who can attend to the administration and submission of IOD claims for their private medical practice clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure the collection of all the necessary IOD documentation required for claim submission
- Capture the IOD claim
- Submit the claim via COMPEASY
- Follow up on claim rejections
- Follow up on missing information required for claim finalisation
- Follow up on payments
- Prepare status sheets

**Skills / Requirements / Qualifications**
- Strong administration skills
- Good attention to detail
- Perseverance with following up with claims
- Good time management
- Experience with IOD paperwork and claim submission is essential
- Experience with IOD claim submissions within the private practice setting is essential
- Experience with GoodX practice management experience is essential
- Experience with using the COMPEASY website is essential

English and Afrikaans is essential

**Working hours**

Monday to Friday, 07h00 - 16h00
