Barista Trainer

**Job description**:

- We require an energetic individual with the ability to upskill staff and excite them about coffee quality
- Manage training workshops with new and existing clients
- Ensure coffee quality standards are met at all our stores
- Travel to stores and clients to do onsite coffee quality audits
- Understand the workings of coffee equipment and have the ability to problem solve

**Job requirements**:

- Min 5 years’ experience as a Barista
- Previous experience with Barista training and running training workshops
- SCA coffee training certificate (Advanced) will be beneficial
- Good customer skills
- Drivers license essential

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
