Serve as the primary point of contact for villa guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Greet guests upon arrival, conduct check-ins, and provide orientation to the villa facilities and services.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints efficiently and effectively, striving to exceed expectations and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere and cultivate relationships with repeat guests.
- Recruit, train, and supervise villa staff, including housekeepers, butlers, and maintenance personnel, to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Develop staff schedules, manage payroll, and handle any HR-related issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills
- 5*luxury villa, or yacht experience required - at least 3 years
- Food & Beverage knowledge essential
- Wine diploma or wine tasting experience required / cellar management
- Energetic and dynamic
- Must be able to manage a team
- Must be flexible in terms of leave / days off
- Must have good housekeeping knowledge and experience
- Administration
- Excellent communication/ hosting skills
