Motor Mechanic

Our mechanical workshop is a family-owned business and RMI registered located in Langebaan, West Coast, right beside Saldanha. Our primary focus is on fleet maintenance, with a specialization in automotive repair services. We aim to provide our clients with value for their money and ensure consistent professional service and accurate repairs with every interaction.

Mechanic Responsibilities:

- Conduct vehicle assessments and perform regular maintenance.
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Accurately complete job cards with repairs and parts required, and maintenance records.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

- Speak and write Afrikaans
- A valid South African driver's license.
- Must be computer literate.
- High school diploma and **certification from a trade school (Red Seal)**.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with all makes and models.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested.
- Performing minor and major services.
- Ability to do a full overhaul of all vehicle components.

Working Information:
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with overtime as required. The salary ranges from R15000 to R20 000, depending on work experience.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
