**#Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT and Syspro Management
- Proficient in Syspro ERP software
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of network and server infrastructure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with business processes and workflows related to finance, manufacturing, and supply chain management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft software, including server, office, and exchange.
- Syspro certification preferred

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain computer systems and software: IT and Syspro Specialists are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems to ensure they operate reliably and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues: IT and Syspro Specialists must be able to identify and resolve technical issues, such as software bugs, network connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions.
- Provide technical support: IT and Syspro Specialists must be able to provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and providing guidance on how to use software and hardware effectively.
- Manage security: IT and Syspro Specialists must be able to manage security protocols to protect company data and systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Develop and implement IT policies: IT and Syspro Specialists are responsible for developing and implementing IT policies, including data backup and recovery procedures, system security protocols, and user access controls.
- Monitor system performance: IT and Syspro Specialists must be able to monitor system performance to identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent problems from occurring.
- Provide training: IT and Syspro Specialists must be able to provide training to IT Team/End-Users to help them understand how to use software and hardware effectively.
