**Responsibilities**:

- Expedite orders to ensure suppliers keep to their committed date of service/delivery.
- Monitor the stock on hand, forecast demand and place orders for operating supplies and plant services.
- Obtain prices from reputable suppliers to ensure best buying practice are maintained.
- Follow the standard buying process on SAP as required by PepsiCo.
- Weekly feedback on all purchases and analysis to compare spend against AOP numbers.
- Managing all purchasing documents, order numbers and payments to supplier.
- Ensure that the budgets are maintained (MOH of R30MM /annum).
- Manage all the daily ordering activities.
- Ensure all purchases orders are handled with appropriate priority.
- Resolve daily stock queries.
- Resolve daily Workflows.
- Review, analyse and compile a weekly Workflow report for Isando.
- Drive the GRIR Maintenance to ensure that Suppliers are paid timeously.
- Ensure that there are no Parked & Blocked Invoices in SAP.
