**Company Description**

We are looking for a Training Administrator to support our training function. You will be responsible for communicating with trainers, participants, TETA and service providers as well as assist with developing the most effective programs.

In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.

Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly.
- Assist the HR Manager with the development of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and compilation of the Annual Training Report (ATR) as well as submitting the WSP and ATR to TETA.
- Responsible for conducting or arranging all the on-the-job-training as required by the company.
- Co-ordinate all the training activities according to laid down procedures.
- Co-ordination of all training and educational activities, both external and internal.
- Administer all training manuals and courses. Assist in the writing and review of training material, policies and procedures.
- Maintain all employee training files and registers. Keeping of training records for each employee and continuously maintain and update such records.
- Responsible to send a monthly training report to Management.
- Serve as a resource with regards to all aspects of the skills development within the Company.
- Act as central point of contact for trainers, participants, and service providers or alike.
- Assist the Safety Officer with the compilation of medical and induction packs.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 (required)
- Qualification in HRM, L&D or alike (beneficial)
- Accredited SDF or Facilitator, Assessor & Moderator (desired)
- 4-5 years relevant work experience in Training/Learning & Development.
- Proven track record of delivering a full learning development cycle within an organisation.
- Knowledge of MS Office skills (required) and LMS (desired).
