**Key Accountabilities or Principal Responsibilities**
Maintain ISO9001 accreditation by ensuring ISO compliance objectives and targets (certifications and external audits) are achieved
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and legislation
Implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to QMS
Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation
Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements based on the ISO9001:2015 system
Effectively interact with business units to maintain provision of services
Develop improvement solutions into quality policies and procedures in conjunction with business unit resources to compile and agree comprehensive quality procedures
Co-ordinate technical internal auditing and engage with technical operational resources undertaking technical internal audits
Co-ordinate the review of current QMS documentation and follow up on outstanding documents before and after process Manage, implement, and maintain the company’s documentation and record keeping processes including the QMS document management register, quality drive, SharePoint portal and hard copy files
Manage, implement and maintain the company’s internal audit process including the annual schedule, monthly plans, capturing of findings on the noncompliance reporting system, and approve and distribute the monthly reports
Undertake monthly internal audits according to the annual schedule, prepare the plans, undertake the audits, capture findings on the non-compliance reporting system, submit monthly reports to stakeholders
Manage, implement and maintain the company’s non-conformance and corrective action processes using the non-compliance reporting system, ensuring corrective action is undertaken by operational resources and noncompliance reports are completed and risk management is implemented where relevant
Support the risk management process throughout the company
Manage, implement and maintain the company’s management reviews process including compilation and distribution of meeting documentation (agenda, minutes and supporting reports)
Monthly monitoring of QMS performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports from the QMS Schedule of Incidents Report
Summary to determine trend patterns and improvement solutions (preventive action and risk management) and distribution of reports
Compilation of reports
Identify relevant quality related training needs and facilitate training including induction training of new employees
Formatting of documentation aligned to standard templates and corporate identity
Schedule, co-ordinate and administer meetings where relevant
Resource management
Support the company with ad hoc projects

**It should be noted that, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to perform tasks other than those described herein from time to time.**

**Prescribed procedures may be amended by management as and when required**

**Key Skills and Experience**
ISO/QMS tertiary qualification or previous working experience
5 years’ experience in a senior quality position
Previous experience in developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems and ISO9001
South African Quality Institute Member
Understanding the facilities management and professional services environments
Effective project management skills
Computer Literate (MS Office) - high level
Advanced document formatting skills
Demonstrate self-motivation
Manage work effectively to ensure that work is completed efficiently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Commitment to accuracy and quality
Excellent English writing skills including editing and proofreading skills
