Setter - Division Plastics

**Department** : Rigids Thermoforming

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Moulds are cleaned and prepared for mould changes
- Used Moulds/stackers/cutting structure/ are cleaned and stored in mould store
- Mould changes are done within the required time frame
- Moulds are correctly installed and operational
- All machine/mould problems are identified and relayed to TL for action
- Housekeeping as per BRC requirements
- Moulds are safely transported to and from workstations
- Mould change schedules are completed accurately and given to Team Leader
- Regular Quality Control check - Product form according spec
- Relevant checklist completed accurately
- All downtime accurately recorded on log sheet
- Machines are cleaned during mould change
- Place samples in used mould
- Ensure sign off sample are at machine with start of shift and with mould change
- Fault finding

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric Grade 12
- Numerical Skills
- Must be able to communicate English
- Time Management & Attention to detail
- 1 Year experience in a similar environment
- Must be willing to work overtime and 3 shift schedule
