Technical Administrator Finance ~ Supply Chain

Job Purpose and Description:
The technical service administrator is expected to drive and maintain both internal and external customer relationships without compromising quality and compliance.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years secretarial/and or technical services coordination experience including direct customer service experience
- Experience in ordering and invoicing processes.
- Computer skills: word, PowerPoint and excel is the minimum.
- Experience or knowledge of technical environment is a must.
- Experience in Spares management advantageous
- Experience in working on a CMMS system, ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 or any other Compliance system will be an advantage.

Key Tasks
- Manage day-to-day running of the office including quotes, invoicing, customer feedback, ordering, receipt and control of spares.
- Maintain customer and training databases
- Plan and schedule technical services in the field and inhouse
- Once job cards are closed, prepare monthly report data.

- Accurately capture orders and assist technical staff with quotations
- Processed credits accurately
- Release orders timeously
- Co-ordinate stock levels
- Control of stationery requisitions
- Communicate queries timeously
- Contact customers and advise delivery details
