The focus of the position is to arrange for all deliveries and collections in dispatch.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Packing of new orders.
- Dispatch of orders and boot stock including processing of delivery notes, processing on systems (MO and BC).
- Receipt and processing of inventory and repairs.
- Handle arrangements with local and international couriers including documents and courier system processing.
- Arrange technician collections and transfers.
- Assist preparation of accessory kits for devices.
- Backup for Dispatch Coordinator.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Receipt and checking of inventory received and related processing.
- Assist with picking of component kits and related processing.
- Assist Production department with sub assembly and device assemblies.
- Disassemble and Assemble all Metacom Products.
- Refurbishing of second hand equipment.
- Assist with neatness, cleaning and maintenance of stores and storerooms.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s license.
- Must have at least 3 - 5 years dispatch and/or stores experience.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Must have at least 2 contactable references
