**Job Purpose**:
**Core Activities**:
**Programme Management and Solutioning**:

- Manage the execution of ESD project engagements, including project initiation, planning, governance, risk, and issue management.
- Lead the design of programmes to meet clients' needs and expectations.
- Design and develop programme sales proposals in line with client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end Programmes, ensuring that they are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget and meet the clients' specific needs.
- Ensure effective and efficient correspondence with the delivery team to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Monitor programme end date to ensure renewal conversations are planned and aligned.
- Monitor programme performance and measure, record and report progress of activities in relation to the agreed schedule and plans across programmes.
- Accountable for collation of data and information required for programme SMEs, including data required for marketing and/or programme communications.

**Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the programme budget, including tracking and associated governance responsibilities.
- Own the financial performance of the programmes delivered.
- Manage and track utilization of the approved budget of programmes delivered.
- Ensure effective management of the costs in utilization of the approved budget.
- Provide support to the management of all elements of P&L against the budget.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Own the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle with all allocated clients.
- Build and support the relationship with the client based on the client needs.
- Take ownership as the main point of contact for all client engagement.
- Ensure effective communication rhythms with the client.
- Conduct research into all allocated clients to ensure in-depth knowledge of the client.
- Drive in-depth understanding of client needs and develop solutions that are value-adding to the client to ensure business growth with leadership and guidance from the relevant Strategic Account Manager.
- Manage correspondence with the Operations function to assist with facilitation of requirements, engagements and related deliverables.
- Ensure capturing and sharing of good news stories with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure set-up of all client and other stakeholder engagements including programme scoping sessions, steering committee and reporting cycle, etc.

**Analysis and Reporting**:

- Ensure compilation of reports on programmes’ performance and success.
- Lead engagements with service providers to ensure timely availability of the required reports.

**SME Engagement**:

- Monitor the execution of SME workshop planning and logistics where required.
- Oversee the collation of data and information required for programme SMEs.
- Including data required for marketing and/or programme communications.
- Contribute to the development of products used in the Project Management cycle. This includes being responsible for creation of products and helping to articulate the value propositions in order for our services to be best positioned to support our client engagements.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in a field with a strong problem-solving and quantitative underpinning, such as Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Finance.
- Experience with Project methodology (Prince 2, PMP, MSP)
- Highly proficient in the BBBEE codes.
- Knowledge of SDGs ESGs is advantageous.
- An MBA or CFA would be an advantage.

**Experience**
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in business strategy or operations consulting with firms such as Accenture, Bain & Co, BCG, Burlington, McKinsey, Big 4 Consulting, or other similar firms with a balance between business strategy and operations exposure.
- Alternatively, more than 5 years of experience in end-to-end programme management within a blue-chip corporate environment and/or experience in venturing and small business management.
