Operations Supervisor

Leader in Safety and PPE Business in Ballito is looking to employ an Operations Supervisor.

**Salary**: R15 000 - R18 000 per month

**Operations Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Planning, execution and reporting of operational activities.
- Inventory management and stock takes.
- Monitoring and supervising of employees involved in various assembly and manufacturing activities
- Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees and service providers
- Ensuring departmental policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Creating standard operation procedures
- General administration, office management and reporting
- Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.

**Operations Supervisor Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s or associated degree in operations management or business management may be advantageous.
- Matric
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven work experience
- Experience in implementing operational processes.
- Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
- Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
- Leadership and decision-making skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
