**Purpose of the Job**:

- To perform data analytics using Engen data to support internal audit, external audit and pro-active data analytics in order tocontribute to decision making

**What you'll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 7 (Degree in Finance/ Auditing/ BCom or related)
- 5 years’ experience in a Risk or Assurance or Compliance management function

Advantageous:

- Certification in Internal Auditing and or Certification in Risk Management
- Supervisory experience

**Exciting Challenges you might face in the role**:

- Contribute to maturing of the organisations integrated assurance model, optimisation of all assurance functions to enable an effective control environment
- Engagements with Engen leadership
- Deliver fieldwork deliverables within tight timelines with value-add observations and practical recommendations
- Operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage the development, coordination, and implementation of Engen Integrated Assurance Programme.
- Provide oversight on overall Integrated Assurance Programme
- Obtain inputs from relevant sources (e.g., high-risk areas and business performance) for the development of Annual Assurance Masterplan (AAM).
- Monitor and track Engen Annual Assurance Masterplan Submission.
- Consolidate and drive GM and CEO approval on Engen Assurance Masterplan
- Consolidate Engen Annual Assurance Masterplan for MARCC and BARCC approval
- Coordinate and manage communications and expectations related to assurance planning, execution, reporting and monitoring within OPU.
- Manage and participate in relevant key engagements and communications on assurance with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage, monitor, and track assurance performance, implementation and effectiveness and CAP closure
- Provide reporting to management on assurance performance and required assurance result analysis.
- Organize and execute change management within OPU for effective self-assurance implementation.
- Manage and monitor upskilling program of assurance teams

**Location: Cape Town**:
