Reports to Function: Marketing Manager

PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design- Create visually appealing graphic design materials for both print and digital environments.- Ensure all design materials align with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.- Collaborate with the marketing team (local and global) to develop design concepts and ideas for various marketing campaigns.- Modify and update existing design materials when required.- Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into projects to maintain a fresh and modern look.

Marketing Assistance- Assist in the development and execution of marketing collateral, campaigns, promotions and initiatives.- Assist with the coordination of trade shows and exhibitions, including logistics and materials preparation.-
- Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors and customer preferences.- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.- Organise and maintain marketing collateral, including marketing and intranet assets.- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

SharePoint Duties- Assist with basic back-end programming and configuration of SharePoint (training provided).- Create and manage SharePoint sub-sites, pages, and document libraries.- Post and update news articles and announcements on the intranet.- Maintain and update document libraries, ensuring proper organisation and access.- Assist with the design and layout of SharePoint pages for improved user experience.- Regularly review and update content to ensure it is accurate and relevant

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Traditional/Digital Marketing or a related field.- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and a high level of attention to detail.- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as video editing, is a plus.- Experience with SharePoint is an advantage.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask, manage priorities and work under tight deadlines.- Ability to work independently.- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
