Warehouse Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Manage and train a team of warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and efficient use of resources.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of inventory transactions, including cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to inventory, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Analyze data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Proven experience in managing a team of warehouse personnel.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and other related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
