The Product Manager: Direct Carrier Billing position is based within Financial Services, Digital Lifestyle Services.

Ecosystems is the billing powerhouse of DLS. The portfolio manages a best-of-breed, world-class billing platform that allows our content partners to extend their offering to the Vodacom base. The billing platforms encompass the digitalisation of billing. We work with global partners such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple Music, Spotify, and Showmax, to name a few.

We are looking for a Product Manager to manage our billing platform solutions. This person will optimise the product and create revenue opportunities through monetising the platform. The Product Manager is responsible for driving initiatives that accelerate revenue growth for the portfolio. This role will develop a long-term business plan and deliver on that by developing and owning the product roadmap.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Build and deliver a long-term Product Roadmap
Maintain strategic alignment with the organisation's digitalisation strategy
Optimise the current product to improve revenue streams
Ensure compliance of the product with stakeholders in the organisation

**Critical Capabilities Required For this position**:
High ownership to plan and deliver on the business goal
Good prioritisation skills
The ability to balance customer experience with business priorities.
Skills to work with and support cross-functional teams to communicate, influence, convince and deliver the strategy.

Matric / Grade 12 is essential
3 or 4 year Finance or Commercial diploma / degree is essential
5+ years of relevant experience in product management and product development is essential
Strong commercial, financial and pricing framework skills
Previous experience with payment gateways, payment platforms and eCommerce platforms will be advantageous
Contract management experience
Experience defining market and product requirements
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify the business requirements
Close attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with mínimal supervision
Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.

The base location for this role is Midrand, Vodacom Campus
