**Our client, a trusted motor dealership in Worcester, has an opportunity for a dedicated Service Advisor who shares their commitment to exceptional customer service.**

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- **Professional liaison with clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders.**:

- **Effective scheduling of appointments for services and repairs.**:

- **Providing clients with accurate cost estimates.**:

- **Timeous and accurate invoicing for services rendered.**:

- **Processing of job cards and liaising with workshop personnel.**

**Key requirements for this role include**:

- **Senior Certificate.**:

- **Experience in a similar role and/or environment is advantageous.**:

- **Above average administrative and organising skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and time management skills.**:

- **Valid drivers license will be advantageous.**

**Working hours: Mondays to Fridays from 07:00 to 17:15.**

**Salary scale: R10 000 - R12 000, depending on experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
