**SENIOR ELECTRONIC SECURITY TECHNICIAN**

**Requirements**:

- Matric or N3
- Driver’s License
- At least 5 years’ experience in a technical role in an electronic security industry
- Experience with supervising other staff
- **SAQCC Certified (Highly Advantageous)**:

- **Clear Criminal Record (Non-negotiable)**:

- **PSIRA certified (Non-negotiable)**:
**Should ideally have exposure to the following**:

- Access Control Systems (Impro advantagous)
- Smoke Detection Systems (Aritech - Addressable advantagous)
- Intercoms, PA Systems
- CCTV: IP and Analogue (Geovision and Geutebruck advantagous)
- Intrusion Alarm: (DSC and others)
- Automation: (booms, turnstiles, gate motors, automated doors)
- Excellent skills and attitude for business development
- Willing to travel for national assignments as required
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure technical team have all resources as required per job
- Conduct technical activities as required from a Senior Electronic Security System Technician on site
- Ensure highest standard of job quality
- Planning and Scheduling of work and projects
- Liaise with Stores to ensure stock and availability of working equipment
- Liaise with Management to ensure sound business processes
- Liaise with Suppliers
- Ensure planning and work schedule are cost efficient and identify wastage
- Configuration and Programming
- Configure and programme relevant electronic systems
- Identify and solve problems
- Liaise with Clients
- Quality workmanship

**Job Type**: Perm

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month, negotiable based on experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
