**The IIE's Varsity College, Sandton Campus has Part Time vacancies for lecturers in the School of Education for the following**:

- Postgraduate Certificate in Education in Senior Phase and Further Education and Training Teaching.

**Competencies Required**:

- Communication Skills
- Organisational Skills
- Effective Classroom Management
- Open to Development

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- A minimum of a 4-year BEd degree plus, an Honours (BEd Hons) OR Humanities/Arts/Social Science Honours OR Postgraduate Diploma in Education (at NQF level 8).
- The Undergraduate Qualification OR the Honours OR The Postgraduate Teaching Diploma (NQF 8), must include a module on Teaching and Learning/Pedagogy.

**Minimum Work Experience Requirements**:

- Tertiary Lecturing Experience (Ideal).
- Training & Development: 3 years (required).
- Teaching: 3 years (required).

**Working Conditions**:
