**Medical Receptionist for Neurology Practice, Springs, Gauteng**

Our client, a Neurologist in private practice in Springs, is seeking to recruit a medical receptionist who will attend to all the functions within the medical practice and will need to travel between 2 practices.

**Requirements**:

- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and kind manner, whether in person or telephonically.
- Schedule appointments and capture patient information.
- Attend to patient enquiries.
- Run an efficient diary and appointment schedule.
- Uphold the ethos and vision of the practice.
- Keep reception area tidy and clean
- Attend to all the billing within the practice (invoicing, receipting, submission of claims)
- Following up on outstanding accounts and managing a healthy debtors book

**Qualification**:

- Matric
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar medical receptionist position
- Must have experience undertaking medical billing.
- Microsoft office suite experience and computer literate

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00 with overtime as required.

Must have own transport to travel between practices.
