**Personal Assistant**

Our client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team. Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management of her day-to-day affairs and most effective use of her time.

**Requirements and Expertise**:

- Educated to Diploma or degree level
- Experience in being a personal assistant
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deal with sensitive information
- Excellent IT Skills
- Must have insurance background

**Key Duties**:

- Manage diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
- Manage travel arrangements
- Process correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with
- Maintain office systems
- Screen calls, enquiries, and requests
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organize meetings and ensure the Director is well prepared

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cresta, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
