**Requirements**:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) field.
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Proven ability to oversee overall heat treatment activities.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide leadership and direction to the heat treatment team.
Oversee all aspects of heat treatment operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize heat treatment processes and enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control and safety standards.
Mentor and train team members to ensure skill development and performance improvement.
