**Introduction**

**Role Purpose**

Client support and data analysis in the Product Solutions team that services both FundsAtWork and Group Insurance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science or related business degree
- Honours Degree (preferred)
- Good progress being made to completing A-series exams
- 2-5 years' experience within a group insurance environment
- Programming skills advantageous.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Source and analyse data from internal stakeholders and report on the features of new and existing products in order to assist in the evaluation of profitability and suitability of the products.
- Perform financial modelling and assessments of the financial impact of solutions.
- Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
- Assist with the annual rate review of the FundsAtWork book. This will include pricing and technical input as well as client engagement and stakeholder management.
- Build tools and models to better serve clients and internal stakeholders, help with the understanding of our products and equip the business to resolve client queries.
- Build models to ensure the business adheres to regulation and legislative requirements, ensuring the models and outputs are clear, client-friendly and achieve the goal of partnering with clients on their journey to success.
- Research, analyse and interpret market and customer data in order to provide reports and insights to the business.
- Provide feedback, trends and insight on products and solutions.
- Analyse and research opportunities in the market in order to develop new products or improve existing product offerings and enhance the client experience.
- Ideate on new and innovative ways of enhancing existing products and services to better meet client needs.
- Conduct behavioural and predictive modelling in support of client engagement and retention strategies.
- Conduct business viability studies and scenario analyses to assist in preparing business cases.
- Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
- Support internal stakeholders on product-related queries and client requests.
- Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to strive towards an excellent client experience with our products. This will include IT, Marketing, Legal, Client Service and Pricing.
- Provide authoritative expertise to clients and stakeholders to help educate all on their journey to success.
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop mutually rewarding relationships.
- Manage broker relationships and interact with clients.
- Report on and present competitor analysis to the business.
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
- Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge. And participate in knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives within the team.
- Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas.
