District Manager

Overseeing, assisting and motivating store’s staff members with reaching monthly target
- Overseeing and assisting store’s daily operation
- Supervising store’s stock level and stationery, and assisting with replenishment
- Assigning workloads
- Adhering to company policies
- Training and coaching store’s supervisor and staff members
- Addressing performance issues that affect profits in order of priority
- Resolving customer concerns using excellent customer service skills
- Developing business strategies for revenue growth
- Setting daily target for stores
- Mediating disputes between employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month

- management: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- code 8 or code 10 and prdp (required)
