Full Job description
- Ensure the cage stock levels balance -Manage the cage staff.
- Communicate any company policies to the cage staff. -Advise on any new ideas that management needs to implement.
- Record and escalate all Customer complaints by communicating with management. -Ensure the cage is kept clean at all times..
- Ensure the cage staff are trained on the different cylinders refill or exchange Ensure that all cage staff communicates in English and acts professionally in the cage area. -Ensure that the staff is neatly groomed and dressed professionally.
- Ensure that all scan cards are used correctly.
- Ensure that the cash-up system is used daily and report all cash-up issues to the manager on duty. Ensure that the company phones are returned to the manager on duty daily.

**Requirements**:
Matric 10 years working experience 5+ years in a team leader role 5+ years in Customer service experience ,Retail experience would be beneficial Computer literateand should be in possession of a Drivers

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers licence (preferred)
