This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Issue change & receipts
- Process refunds & exchanges
- Assisting with food preparation
- Informing customers of regular deals or daily specials
- Assist with packaging and displaying bakery items attractively and hygienically.
- Maintain a positive attitude by welcoming, greeting and assisting customers
- Engage with customers, suggesting bakery items, and supporting upselling efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organised bakery counter, contributing to an inviting and appealing display.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback in a respectful and professional manner.
- Help fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Learn the basics of operating cash registers, ensuring precise transaction handling.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to restock shelves and ensure a constant supply of freshly baked goods.
