**Requirements**:
- _ BTech qualification_
- _ Good technical knowledge of loads, load directions, moment transfer, shear, bending, deflections._
- _ Autocad/revit experience._
- _ Must understand: 3d solid editing, block editing, coordinates._
- _ Basic knowledge of concrete design, ground pressure, shear forces, understand tension/compression._
- _ Must understand rebar schedules and how to assemble it within the concrete._
- _ Good understanding of draughting principles (section views, detail views, general arrangements, etc), rebar detailing, understand main span and secondary span._
