**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the smooth running of the guiding department.
- Manage senior and junior guides.
- Make sure the guiding experience is of top standard.
- Make sure the guiding department adheres to the conservation ideals of the property.
- Conservation is key and the guiding department needs to portray that at all times.
- Make sure all guiding equipment is well looked after.
- Make sure the Junior Conservationists program runs smoothly and stays focused on conservation education.
- Make sure guides stay motivated and educated.
- Improve on all aspects of the guest experience related to drives and activities.
- Make sure all activities are safe for guests
- Make sure guides stick to all protocols
- Ensure a high team spirit-happy guides, happy guests
- Encourage qualification upgrade of guides
- Team building

**CORE COMPETENCIES**
- Reserve management experience mandatory
- Guiding background
- Conservation background
- Great organisational skills

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
