**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

- Grade 12.
- BEd degree.
- SACE Registered (provisional or conditional).
- Tutor (teaching) experience.
- Clear criminal record.

**Advantageous**
- Motivator, someone who can encourage learners to test new theories and see the value of new products.

**Classroom management**
- Manage the classroom environment and learners during the live lessons and tutorial lessons.
- Ensure learners are locked into their live lessons and or Moodle course during tutorials.
- Manage the Curro Choice headsets in the classroom.
- Monitor and follow up on progress of learners according to progress reports from the tutor/teacher as well as the Power BI dashboard.
- Assist with invigilation during tests/assessments.
- Log service desk tickets in cases where connectivity and/or technical issues arise.
- Discipline of learners.
- Alert learners to deadlines and submission dates for assignments/tasks.

**Administrative duties**
- Attendance register.
- Feedback to parents and school management on learner performance.
- Print the tests/exams/assessments for learners to complete in accordance with the Curro Choice assessment schedule.
- Communicate with Curro Choice teachers and tutors on the performance of the learners in the class.
