Enterprise Risk Manager

Role purpose

What you will do
- Take ownership of the Group's Risk Management Framework, policies, and procedures.
- Drive risk culture and ensure the elements of the Risk Management Framework are embedded and operating effectively across the Group.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements related to the role are met and assess upcoming regulations for potential impact.
- Assist with managing risk committees within the Group; ranging from Board, Executive, and Management
- Chair the Global Risk Call; socialising information from Group committees to entities globally and receiving updates in return.
- Consolidate information from across the group for biannual Current and Emerging Risk papers.
- Prepare appropriate risk reporting to management forums and Committees as required.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including first and second-line teams, Senior Management, and regulators.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of outsourced risk functions.
- On the Digital Assets Policy ensuring adherence across the Group.
