**Responsibilities include.**
- Sourcing properties to sell or let,
- Advertise and market properties,
- Finds and reaches out to new prospects,
- Help potential buyers navigate the real estate market.

**Must have skills**:

- Entrepreneurial & Self motivated
- Strong communication 7 negotiatig skills

**Requirements**:

- Own Car, Laptop, Cellphone & be 21yrs or older.

**NB**:Applicants **MUST **reside in and be familiar with Pinetown / Westville / Surrounding suburbs.

**Job Type**: Commission

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
