A Medical Insurance Company based in Benoni, Gauteng is looking for a Administrator who will See that all INO commission queries is resolved and Compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
**Key Performance Areas**
- Handle all office administration.
- Manage INO commission queries
- Compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
**Key Tasks**
**Handle all office administration.**
- Attend to ABN division telephone:
- Attend to bulk printing requests.
- Capture data
- Update INO’s banking details
- Check for policy numbers not captured on system
**Manage INO commission queries**
- Cross reference and correlate marketing and advertising fee statements
- Assist with commission payments
**Compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports**
- Compile EOI spreadsheets and confirm banking details
- Compile the Portfolio Managers agents commission sheets
**Essential Qualifications**
- Matric
**Essential Experience**
- Minimum 1 year administration experience
**Desirable Experience**
- Experience in the networking Industry.
