Master Data Administrator- Cape Town

To ensure the implementation and use of the EcoGSE System to control financial risks and the optimization of financial flows. The Master Data Administrator will ensure that there is proper control and maintenance of the systems used within the organisation and to effectively assist with issues raised.
**Summary of Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for driving the EcoGSE System Adoption and ensure that the system achieves the expected.
- Ensure that effective quality and process management of all master data requirements according to standards.
- Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information i.e manage data across Finance, CRM, EcoGSE and Warehouse systems.
- Establish entry priorities, through a workflow (system based) for all finance, CRM, EcoGSE and Warehouse
- Assist with risk assessments, implementing any necessary changes for identifying a continual service improvement and maintain procedures all the time.
- Work on multiple master data related tasks or projects.
- Support internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines.
- Tertiary diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in working with master data
- Previous working experience in the Pet control
- Experience within a Data capturing role or within an administration focused office-based role
- Previous experience desirable ( Apptivo, Sage CRM and Sage 300 ERP)
- Warehouse Management System (Granite) preferred
- High level of proficiency with MS Office packages ( Office, Teams, SharePoint)
