**Role At a Glance**
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking highly experienced Purchasing Administrators to join our office based Sales team. As part of this team, you will be focusing on an all-American client base in various and competitive sectors. The role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent). This role includes a basic package as well as a USD based commission structure.

**Main Tasks**
Inbound Calls
Outbound Calls
Tracking monthly sales
Liaising with clientele
Maintaining client relationships
Problem solving
Safely storing and managing data

Computer proficiency
3 Years relative experience (Inbound and/or Outbound)
Demonstrated understanding of procurement and purchasing
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to write clear and detailed reports
High attention to detail

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- South African ID (required)
