Individual Giving Fundraiser

**Individual Giving Fundraiser (M/F/d)**

Full-time / 40 hours per week / Tokai, South Africa

**Your contribution will be**
- Optimising and ensuring the good running of Individual Giving Programmes
- Developing and implementing strategic interventions to retain donors
- Using data to develop, regularly update and report on performance against targets
- Identifying and trialling new opportunities for growth, through a digital-first approach
- Working closely with Acquisitions and Digital colleagues to deliver a seamless donor experience

**Your profile ideally illustrates**
- 3+ years of relevant experience and/or educational background
- 3+ years of professional copywriting and/ or marketing experience
- Experience in leading Fundraising campaigns
- A proven track record in individual regular giving programmes and donor retentions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of data analysis techniques
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- An independent and organised self-starter
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission
