This beautiful resort, complementary with its 50 helpful and friendly staff, are there to make your stay memorable. Duties & Responsibilities
Encourage high level of guest interaction
Take an active role in the selection and training of personnel
Develop resort activities and programs
Perform forecasting on revenue and oversee and control departments inside budgets
Supervise the administration of inventory requirements
Oversee the farm to ensure general maintenance and security
Respond to client enquiries and requests
Manage complaints and conflict swiftly and professionally Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role
Capacity to build strong, positive professional relationships with shareholders, clients, staff and suppliers
Must be able to work independently with the execution of the company policy
Financial and business acumen
Strong attention to detail with good time management and the ability to multitask
Excellent human relation with strong communication and negotiation skills
Solid leadership and organisational skills
Awareness and knowledge on health and safety Package & Remuneration
R40 000 - R50 000 per month with Accommadation at the Resort
