**temp **vacancy exists at acompany located in Tulisa Park.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for welcoming, directing and announcing visitors appropriately, screening and accurately directing incoming telephone calls to relevant departments and/or individuals, as well as assisting in the Marketing Department.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric Certificate
- Telephone Etiquette advantageous
- Tertiary Diploma or qualification preferable

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist or Secretary;
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office Suite

**Duties**:

- Answering, screening and managing the switchboard
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Report and resolve line faults
- Assist with queries wherever possible
- Ensure reception area is neat, presentable, secure and manned at all times
- Efficiently arrange for documents and internal mail etc. to be sent to other branches
- Update telephone extension listings as required
- Laminate documentation as requested
- Record exchange rates in Marketing office
- Update the door pricelist for the branch
- Assist with all event and campaign planning as per work procedure
- Assist in additional marketing project - related duties as and when they arise
