Cctv Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a CCTV Manager. As the CCTV Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and performance of our CCTV surveillance. You will lead a team of CCTV Agents, ensuring the safety and security of our organization's facilities, assets, and personnel. Reporting directly to the Risk Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective security strategies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 10 CCTV Agents, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and effectiveness.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Review CCTV footage and incident reports to identify security breaches, suspicious activities, and operational issues, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Incident Response: Coordinate with security personnel, law enforcement, and other relevant parties to respond effectively to emergencies, security breaches, and incidents captured by CCTV.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols governing CCTV surveillance activities, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for CCTV Agents to enhance their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness in surveillance and security operations.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and assessments of CCTV Agents, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing outstanding performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on CCTV operations, incidents, and trends to the Risk Manager and other stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with the Risk Manager to assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks and enhance overall security posture.

Qualifications:

- PSIRA Registered, Grade A
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, surveillance operations, or law enforcement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
