**The Location Planner is responsible for managing the initial allocation to align with sales plans and ongoing management of inventory. They need to ensure a balanced assortment of inventory across gender and category, in each store. Be responsible for the placement of stock in store to ensure key merchandise is in the correct position with the optimum allocation of space and enhance the attractiveness of sales promotions and marketing campaigns. There is a strong focus on improving current administrative processes, standardizing interactions and ensuring all timelines are met. They will be comfortable with pulling reports, checking systems for data accuracy, and managing timelines in line with brand direction.**

**_Job Description_**
- Seasonal set up allocations & stock administration.
- Current trade.
- Merchandise planning reporting & store support.
- Facilitate new store set up procedures.

**_Key Requirements_**
- Matric qualification.
- A relevant tertiary qualification - ie Diploma/Degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Admin Planning role in a retail environment.
- Analysing and reporting.
- Planning, prioritizing and organizing.
- Delivering results and meeting expectations.
- Following instructions and procedures.
- Adapting and responding to change.
- Coping with pressures and setback.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of wholesale/retail environment and merchandise planning processes that are involved.
