**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Oversee and manage maintenance and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

**Site Supervision**:

- Collect workers and transport them to job sites.
- Coordinate and manage workers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise and inspect work progress to maintain quality standards.
- Liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

**Note: This is a hands-on position**

**Technical Expertise**:

- Perform plumbing work, ceiling replacement, skimming, tiling, painting, concrete works and other maintenance tasks as needed.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure that all work meets our quality standards.
- Implement best practices to achieve superior finishes.

**Multi-Site Management**:

- Occasionally, manage multiple job sites simultaneously, ensuring each site's progress and quality.

**Client Interaction**:

- Interact with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate your team to achieve project goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in plumbing, maintenance, and renovation work.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality finishes.
- Ability to manage and coordinate workers effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
