Construction Foreman

N/Subs Leading Construction Developer needs the services of an experienced Foreman to manage sites, staff, stock etc

Matric essential
Qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
Computer literacy in latest IT Software
Valid Drivers and own vehicle (Allowance incl in Remuneration)
Cell Phone (Allowance incl in Remuneration)
5 years of working in Construction company on building sites

Responsible for the planning and overseeing off different types of construction projects from initiation to completion
(Residential Commercial Extensions and Factories)
Set up a construction program / projects
Manage projects according to the program
Ordering all material
Tracks costing on site
Signing off on sub-contractors claims
Manage labour and sub-contractors - English and Afrikaans needed
H&S lead
Read Structural, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical drawings
