- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Accountable for leading, training, coaching and motivating filling team to improve safety and

quality while reducing production costs.- Liaise with the Production Manager with regards to all aspects of production requirements.
- Prepare and assign production line tasks and monitor all filling equipment for any defects.
- Ensure correct weighing, packaging and labelling of all products.
- Monitor production levels, direct labour utilisation and liaise with all stakeholders.
- Complete the necessary paperwork and reports as and when required.
- Ensure that staff adheres to the company's safety and manufacturing standard procedures at all times.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts as well as quarterly stock take.
- Manage tank farm and base oil to minimize base oil losses and improve productivity.
- Conduct weekly HSE and QA awareness training.
- Meet work demands and be prepared and willing to work shifts and overtime as and when required.
- Promote and maintain a general housekeeping culture in the factory.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Tertiary qualification / equivalent in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- 3- 5 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working in a SAP environment will be an advantage.
- Must have previous experience working in an ISO controlled environment.
