**Immigration - Case Processing**
- Process all Immigration cases (visas) from start to finish
- Process any ad hoc Immigration cases (visas) from start to finish
- Liaise with Solutions & Contracts/ Legal Teams on a daily basis for all new cases received
- Liaise with Clients, Contractors and Partners, on a daily basis, with the process updates
- Build a relationship with partners, in order to process visas in a timely manner
- Research new countries and establish processes, checklists and ensure we can operate in these new countries based on the full research

**Immigration Administration**
- Attend daily meetings
- Open new cases on ADV CRM System
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
- Create “Event Schedules” for Visa Processing
- Update “Event Schedules” with notes on a bi-weekly basis
- Create a folder for each Immigrations case
- Attend to all Immigration cases
- Upload Immigration Case specific documents to the ADV CRM System
- Tracking Case specific documents on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- ADV CRM System reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Research based on internet search, phoning embassies and consulates
- Ensure all immigration research are documented in an ADV Mobility Working Document for future use
- Ensure all findings and processes are signed off by the Solutions Team Leader
- Update the ADV One Drive
- Assisting with Partner research when required
- Assist the Immigration Manager on a daily/ weekly basis
- Ad Hoc Immigration Tasks (Scanning, Filing, Reporting, Attestation, Legalisation, Notarisation, mobility, travel, flight/hotel bookings etc.)

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are worn, Sanitising stations, Temperatures are checked and online interviews conducted in some cases

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Riding, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
