We are on the lookout for a passionate **Bookkeeper.** The role will be based in Bushbuckridge** **and report to the **Finacial Manager.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Administration**

Capturing and reconciling of cashbook accounts and cashless

reconciliations:
Daily reconciliation of bank statements to Syspro entries.

Compare cashless reports to bank deposits. Follow up on variances until resolved.

Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation and submit the reconciliation by due dates.

Liaison with auditors on any cashbook related queries

Review cash summaries daily to monitor Cash shortages

Monthly provision for bank charges and rental charges not appearing

on bank statement

Stock-take verifications, capturing and reporting on variances: Attend weekly and

month-end stock takes and capture closing quantities

Generate variance reports and reconcile month-end closing stock figures

Submit to Financial Manager by due dates

Timekeeping system and reporting: Manage employees on the clocking system

according to workflows received

Generate weekly clocking reports and distribute to HOD’s

Weekly and monthly financial duties: Reconcile loan account entries Process Journals

Prepare working papers. Assist with preparing weekly reports

Provide support service to Financial Manager: Assist with Financial Manager duties

when required.

**Minimum Requirements**:
BComm Degree or equivalent preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience

Advanced MS Excel & Word experience

The individual should be results & deadline driven
