**DUTIES**

Co-ordinating work load, document productivity, overseeing incoming and outgoing deliveries

Handle all related activities of dispatch.

Research and prepare resources to develop timely as well as efficient workflow.

Maintain steady visibility to as well as track deliveries identify issues.

Maintain contact with all clients.

Conduct project management and coordinate duties as required.

Monitor employees as well as operational processes and ensure you are able to delegate and manage a small team

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

Matric

Drivers license code 08

Dispatch experience essential

Computer Literate

Ability to work independently

Excellent interpersonal skills

Team player

Accuracy with regards to stock control

Ability to deal with pressure is important

Must be organized and structured

Deadline driven

**HOURS**:
Monday - Friday 07h30 - 16h30

Some overtime might be required

**SALARY**: R 8 000 to 10 000 per month
