**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct product demonstrations and presentations**: The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will be responsible for showcasing the features and benefits of the company's solutions to potential clients. This involves delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight how the solutions can meet the client's needs effectively.
- **Lead technical discussions**: The individual will lead technical discussions with clients to gather requirements, provide guidance, and address any technical concerns or questions. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Design and architect end-to-end solutions**: The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will design and architect end-to-end solutions that align with the client's objectives. This involves considering various factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the client's needs effectively.
- **Create detailed proposals**: This involves creating detailed proposals that include solution architectures, diagrams, pricing estimates, and implementation timelines. Clear and detailed proposals are essential for helping clients understand the proposed solutions and make informed decisions.
- **Work closely with internal teams**: Collaboration with internal teams such as product development, engineering, and professional services is crucial to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation. This involves coordinating efforts and ensuring that the proposed solutions can be effectively implemented and delivered to clients.
- **Stay informed about industry trends**: The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect should stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position the company's solutions in the market. This involves conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.
- **Provide technical expertise and support**: During the negotiation process, the Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will provide technical expertise and support to address client concerns and objections. This involves working closely with the sales team to overcome any technical hurdles and ensure a successful outcome.

**Qualifications**:

- **Preferred qualification**: A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field provides a strong foundation for this role.
- **Technical understanding**: A strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure technologies is essential for designing and architecting effective solutions.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary for articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Collaboration skills**: The ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders is crucial for driving business outcomes and ensuring successful client engagements.
