**Senior Project Manager at Siemens Energy**

Designs, develops, and manages customer projects, according to defined Project Management (PM) disciplines and customer requirements, and with responsibility for economic results.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Consults with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
- Clarifies customers’ targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for proposal (RFP)
- Participation in tender preparation and support Sales in the negotiation with customers.
- Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
- Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with accountable Internal team (EHS, Field Services, Commercial Project Manager and Procurement).
- Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
- Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
- May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
- Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS, Compliance).
- Maintain forecast accuracy.
- Prepare and conduct Project Reviews with the Management.
- Average improvement on gross margin.
- Reduction of NCC levels from previous Fiscal Year.
- Submission of weekly reports.
- Update Project Program.
- Supports Visible Felt Leadership Program
- Training and support to junior project managers.
- Maintain QMS and EHS systems for project execution.

**What You Bring***
- BSc / BTech in Electrical Engineering or any other acceptable equivalent.
- 10 years Project Management experience will be an advantage on solution and turnkey projects
- Prior experience Transformer, Switchgear (GIS/AIS) and HV projects is a requirement.
- SACPMP registration will be an advantage.
