**Helpdesk/Technical Support**

We are on the lookout for a vibrant, energetic, and driven individual to join our team.

**Location**:Sunningdale, Table View

**What we require**:

- Must be quick and efficient in dealing with problems
- Must be friendly, helpful, and polite
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Being able to identify and understand issues
- Being able to work in a team
- Maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, or accessed whilst supporting a client
- Must be fully vaccinated

**Minimum skills required**:

- Excellent listening skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer centric orientated
- Microsoft Office Skills

**Requirements**:
Need to have your own laptop

Age: 18 - 25

Pay: R4,500.00 per month

This is an onsite position. All precautions are taken to ensure that our staff are protected.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Table View, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
